Apprenticeships help bridge the gap between work and study and are beneficial both to the company and the apprentice.

The Workpays team can help you find the RIGHT people subject to these conditions:

  • Apprentices must be aged 16 or over and combine working with studying for a work-based qualification.

  • Qualifications can be from GCSEs or equivalent right up to degree level.

  • Apprentices can be new to the organisation or current employees.

  • Your organisation may qualify for a grant or funding to employ an apprentice if you’re in England.

  • Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage during their placement.

  • You would need to ensure that apprentices work alongside experienced staff and are taught job-specific skills.

  • Apprentices must study for a work-based qualification during their working week.
