About this course
Our programme develops the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to take responsibility for managing a team, ensuring that your team members are supported, managed, and developed to excel. You will also learn how to deliver operational plans, resolve problems and build relationships.

What courses can I progress to?
Once you achieve this apprenticeship, there are a variety of options available to advance your career, such as completing another apprenticeship to develop your skills and competencies in other areas. You could also consider further education options such as a degree.
You can also register as Associate Members with the Chartered Management Institute and/or the Institute of leadership and management, to support your professional career development and progression.
