About this course
When your customers need specialist support, they need specialist customer service colleagues to provide expert knowledge. This programme develops the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to fulfil complex and technical customer requests, queries, and complaints.
You will also learn how to share your expert knowledge of your organisation’s products and/or services with colleagues and learn how to gather and analyse data and customer information that influences change and improvements in service.

Course duration
18 months
What courses can I progress to?
Once you complete this apprenticeship, you’ll also be eligible to join the Institute of Customer Service as an individual member at the Professional level.
Tuition fees
£4,000 for levy employers from levy pot, £200 for non-levy employers through co-investment
