About this course
This programme develops the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to deliver best-in-industry, compliant, customer service for entry-level positions. From supporting customers with their enquiries, helping customers to use digital services, resolve straightforward problems and complaints to proactively contacting customers to identify sales opportunities and make referrals, our course will help you master your role and excel as quickly as possible.

Course duration
16 months
What courses can I progress to?
Upon completion of this apprenticeship, you’ll be well on your way to gaining professional membership of the Chartered Banker Institute, the London Institute of Banking & Finance, or the Chartered Insurance Institute, depending on the area your apprenticeship focuses on.
Tuition fees
£3,500 for levy employers from levy pot, £175 for non-levy employers through co-investment.
