Entry requirements
A desire to work within the customer service industry in the future or currently working in a customer service role. Ideally, you will have completed the Level 1 course or either have qualifications already at Level 2 or are able to show working ability at Level 2. You will require a good understanding of English, however holding a valid qualification is not essential.

Upon completion, you could progress onto a Customer Service Practitioner or Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship
